He has developed a rich knowledge and sensitivity towards horses and their personalities. All of this, combined with a degree in natural sciences and education ensures he has an extensive knowledge of the region’s history and wildlife and the love for sharing it with his guests.

There are also Appaloosas Percherons and many more different cross breeds. All the horses have been chosen or bred for their nature and personality as well as versatility and work rate.

Accepting groups of up to eight people (they also accept single riders), ensures high quality and personalisation in every riding safari, something Cape Winelands is renowned for.

 

Although beginners can be catered for it is recommended the level of riding for these holidays is intermediate to advanced
